This Cookie Policy explains how Sunride Premium Transfers (“Sunride”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies when you visit our website. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

01What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies, such as your browser's local storage, can be used the same way. We use them sparingly — see exactly what is active today in section 03 below.
02How we use cookies
Today, we use cookies and local storage only to:
- Remember the cookie choice you made, so we don't ask again on every visit.
We run Google Analytics, and only for visitors who switch on the “Performance & analytics” category. We do not run advertising or profiling cookies at all. If that ever changes we will update this page first and gate the new tool behind your consent in the same way.
We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and measure how quickly pages load. It sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device and does not identify you or follow you between sites — it only produces anonymous totals, so it runs for everyone and is not part of the consent choice above. If you would rather it did not run at all, any browser tracker-blocker will stop it.
03What's active today
Our consent banner lets you pre-approve four categories, but only the first is actually in use right now:
A single local-storage entry that remembers your cookie choice itself. Required for the consent banner to work; cannot be switched off.
Tells us which pages people read and how they found us, so we can improve the site. Google Analytics is only loaded if you switch this category on — decline, and nothing is requested from Google at all. Cookies set: _ga and _ga_*, which expire after two years and hold a randomly generated identifier, not your name or email.
Reserved for future preference cookies (e.g. language or region). Nothing is set under this category today.
We do not run advertising or profiling cookies. This category exists only in case that changes, and would need your separate consent first.
04Managing your cookies
You can control and manage cookies in several ways. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings, and you can adjust your preferences at any time using the button below. Please note that disabling essential cookies may affect how our website functions.
05Proof of consent
GDPR requires us to be able to demonstrate that you consented to cookies, and when. To do this, we keep a minimal record of your choice — a random reference ID, the date, and which categories you selected. This record does not include your name, email, IP address, or browsing history.

06Third-party cookies
One third-party script can set its own cookies here: Google Analytics 4, and only after you switch on the “Performance & analytics” category. We embed no advertising or mapping scripts. Our booking form is handled by our own server on Cloudflare and delivered by email through Resend — neither sets a cookie, but both process your details; see the “International data transfers” section of our Privacy Policy for both. If we ever add a further third-party service that sets cookies, we will name it here and gate it behind your consent in the same way.
07Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in technology or the law. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
